Start-up – Scaling – Merger & Aquisition

the mo’ project

…about being employee #1!

In 2010 Mocoffee was founded as a spin-off of the Monodor Group with the aim to establish a structure enabling a full restructuring of the group and the development of a new and international business model. By developing this from scratch, closing with the past and leveraging the existing assets, Mocoffee inherited the vast experience of the Monodor Group in the coffee capsule business. A strong dual branding strategy in the B2B and B2C segments successfully led to the sale of Mocoffee to the renown Brazilian companies and Tristao.
