## Eric Trochon Solstice

### About

Restaurant Solstice. Behind a counter made of American red walnut, chef Eric Trochon, best worker in France in 2001, and winner of one star, officiates.
White tablecloths, silverware, stained oak flooring, organic chairs, works of art by Korean artist Yoo Tae Kun… the intimate format of twenty-five covers is certainly the one that best serves the inspiration of a calm and precise cuisine.
